Today on Studio 5, Utah

If you're in Utah this morning, tune into Studio 5 at 11 AM. I will be there making this... It is live. I might spill something. Or get something in my teeth.
I did not pack well for this trip. I forgot my black shoes. Maybe no one will see my yellow shoes behind the counter? I also forgot pajamas. (I had to wear my sister's Christmas flannel nightgown last night. In August. Awesome.) And I forgot... what is the nice way to say it? my underclothing. I can borrow from my little sister, but she was built for speed and I am built for comfort. Oh, don't ask. But I remembered the chicken! the brown sugar! the spices! See you at eleven.
PS For those of you not in Utah, I will post a link later. Unless I spill something or get something in my teeth.

Exciting! Good luck! I bet you could rock the yellow shoes, Christmas nightgown, no underclothes, AND food in your teeth! Ü You'd still be amazing!

Just got done watching your segment. I could totally tell you didn't have any underwear on!! You had nothing in your teeth but there was a little something hanging from your nose.

You did awesome!!! Loved the recipe. Loved hearing about your blog. Will be following.

Nana-Oh, you are funny! You got me. And all right, I did wear underwear, but maybe it wasn't the best fit. Welcome!

Yay...that was so great! I used to make that chicken all the time and turn it into all kinds of lovely things, back when you first posted it. Now I have so many favorites that I had forgotten all about that chicken and how easy it made my life. It is super good on it's own, too. I must put it back into rotation.

As for you, Miss Prudy, you have such an infectious personality. You should go on The Next Food Network Star. You would be so fun to watch, and you cook real stuff, that real people can actually duplicate and afford.

Oh, and congrats to West for being featured on Rachael Ray.

How fun! I just watched your segment - you did great! I loved watching the interview - so fun!! You were absolutely darling! I so can't wait to try that chicken recipe too!

LOVE that West is doing so much in the kitchen too. I'm trying to get Aidan into it more, so maybe that will help him.

I just went on Studio 5 for the first time last week. I thought at one point you were here in Utah, but then I wasn't sure. If you are interested, I would love to add you on to our Utah food bloggers blog at The Hive (http://pioneerpalate.blogspot.com). Please let me know if you are interested.

Hey, I watched this today! Didn't even realize you were going to be on. Fun. (You did great!) Then I went so far as to make the chicken for dinner. It is so good. I love that spice rub. And I made sure to make lots for leftovers. I'll probably make the bbq chicken sammies next.
Thanks, Erin!

I hate to say it but....
You were better both the hosts!!....seriously, they should hire you to do the show.
You did great and we all love your recipes.
You could easily be a Food Network Star. Can't wait until you have your own show.

Your chicken was so yummy- my husband thought he was in 7th heaven. Needless to say, he loved it. Are you the daughter who makes an Italian sausage bean soup? I had it at Aunt Gloria's house and we also love that- maybe you are the one who shared that with her.
Angela- my mother was a Mylorie
